What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened packages stay fresh for up to 4 months. Once opened, we recommend storing them in an airtight container and consuming within 2 weeks for the best flavor experience.

How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. however, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your pretzels made in a nut-free facility?
